The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Uniform Resource Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site (most visited pages, number of daily visitors, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check its correct functioning.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than 7 days.

Rights of interested parties
The interested parties have the right to obtain from TSE s.r.l., in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same, or the limitation of the processing concerning them or to oppose the processing, or the revocation of the consent given to the processing (Articles 15 to 22 and Article 7 of the GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint
Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data, carried out through this website, is in violation of the provisions of the GDPR, have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (in Italy: the Guarantor for the protection of personal data), as provided for by Art. 77 of the GDPR itself.
